- Location: Various site offices
Responsibilities:
- Build good industrial relations by working with union leaders, members and management partners.
- Handle grievances, resolve conflicts and negotiate collective agreements to secure the welfare for workers.
- Advocate practices to help workers upskill and enhance productivity, resulting better wages.
- Explore different industries sector that will broaden exposure and learning.
- Plan and organise activities of varying scales to engage members & improve labour management relations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work on weekend if there is a event.
