- Perform day-to day accounting function and able to maintain full sets of accounts with proper records and schedules.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
Support other finance and procurement team members, and inventory management. - Establish and maintain standard financial procedures/processes for the tasks performed and ensure continuous efficiency improvement
- Assist in corporate secretarial functions of a CLG and administration support for Corporate Services department.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy
- Working experience in charities or non profit or public sector
- Good working knowledge of XERO software and MS office applications.
