We are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team, focusing on managing staff travel arrangements, overseeing office facilities, performing administrative support activities, and coordinating records maintenance. Responsibilities:
- Manage staff travel arrangements, including visa support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, document circulation, and visitor reception.
- Oversee office facility and safety management, liaising with landlords, building management, suppliers and vendors to resolve issues.
- Maintain overall office operations for a clean and comfortable workspace.
- Perform administrative and office support activities.
- Coordinate and maintain records for the office.
- Execute routine source office supplies as needed.
- Effectively organize, prioritize, and manage time-sensitive, confidential documents with utmost integrity and discretion.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and has previous experience in administrative roles.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills, excelling in multitasking and task prioritization.
- Exhibits maturity, adaptability, and effective interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Possesses the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of both independent work and collaborative teamwork.
