Roles & Responsibilities
- Assisting in day-to-day accounting functions
- Handling staff claims, intercompany transactions including billing and reconciliation
- Ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements & reporting
- Coordinating and preparing forecast and budget
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly GST report, transfer pricing report & Withholding Tax
- Liaising with auditors, tax agent, professional parties and company secretary
- Handle Government Survey
- General and corporate secretarial administrative work
- Handling any other ad hoc assignments or operational issues requiring finance involvement
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/ Professional Degree, in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 3 ~ 5 years of working experience in Finance related field is required for this position
- Good working knowledge of UBS Accounting software preferred
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills and able to work efficiently under pressure
- High attention to detail, hands-on and a positive attitude
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
