About the Role
We are looking to add an additional headcount to our existing finance department to help increase the efficiency of the department. The roles and responsibilities highlighted below cover the majority of the tasks that will be shared between the respective departments, but experience in all fields may not be required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the day to day transaction on Accounts Receivable module
- Reconciliation of Collections via credit card payments, cash, cheque, and GIRO payments against invoices
- Update customer receipt, and offline payments recon
- Work with Centre Managers and Divisional Managers on customer AR
- Submission of monthly GTO Reports to respective landlords
- Assist in Monthly GST Sales reconciliation work
- Assist Centre Managers and Divisional Managers in inventory retail stock takes and reconciliation
- Prepare timely and detailed full set of accounts for one of the Aureus Group of companies
- Liaise with auditors for annual audit
- Organize all documents and files in both physical and digital storage
Hiring Criteria:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
- Experience in using Oracle Netsuite preferred but not required
- Positive Attitude with the ability to keep all financial details confidential
- Independent worker, resourceful, able to work with little guidance
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
- Organizational skills
