The Sponsorship Manager drives the organisation's sponsorship strategies and the portfolio of sponsorship events. He/She identifies and pursues potential sponsors after targeted research. He/She works closely with internal teams to plan partner and sponsor acquisition strategy, and manages the accounts of sponsors, serving as the point of contact between sponsors and the organisation.
He/She is persuasive and resourceful. He/She manages partner and sponsor relations to ensure all needs are attended to and to explore improvements to sponsorship agreements.
He/She travels frequently to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and networks widely to develop business relationships.
He/She must have existing network of clients that will be ready to sponsor a 6 months long mewatch program. The ability to create proposal that align with our content and program is key.
