Job Responsibilities:-
- Manage multiple groups of workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to project requirements
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and coordination efforts to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Communicate with clients effectively in English and Chinese via Whatsapp, phone calls, and email to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure that projects are executed as per approved plans and drawings to meet quality and safety standards.
- Conduct weekly site visits and attend meetings as required to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong planning, organizing, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage project tasks and team members.
- Monitor project progress and promptly follow up on issues based on priority and customer requests to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements :
- Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
- Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
- Candidates must possess strong self-discipline, a proactive attitude, a high level of responsibility, mental maturity, and a strong motivation for success.
- Able to work under pressure.
