Daily data entry to ensure timely billing according to given procedures
Liaise with clients regarding billing summaries checking and invoicing
Prepare monthly payroll and other adminstrative duties
Perform data entry in excel format and accounting system - AR / AP
Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned
Admin - Others:
Answering office phone calls
Customers service
Involve in office administrative duties
Other ad-hoc operational administrative tasks assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
Numerate, meticulous and detail oriented
Diligent and responsible
PC literate
Well verse in MS Excel
Customer service oriented
Positive mindset and willing to learn
