Job Description
- Scanning of documents and organizing them in the Network Access Server
- Issuing sales invoices, quotation, purchase order
- Office maintenance and ordering of supplies
- Perform administrative duties & other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Good communication and coordination skill
- Check employee attendance records
- HR duties included work pass application, course arrangement.
- Arrange and conduct interviews
- Handle employees onboarding and off boarding process.
- Create and update employees P-file
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word and Google Sheet.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Work experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
- 5 day work week
- Transport allowance provided
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jurong Port.
- Able to work in a pressure and fast-paced environment
- Fast learner
