- Study orders and forecasts. Develop delivery plans.
- Liaise with customers on delivery commitment.
- Coordinate the delivery plans internally with Production department.
- Monitor production progress and outputs. Analyse delays and interruptions, discuss and resolve it with the Production department to ensure delivery commitment.
- Carry out material planning. Advise Purchasing on how much and when the materials are needed, to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Escalate complex issues to the Program Manager for resolution.
- Maintain reports of delivery activities and schedules.
