Administrative Assistant supporting Sales and Aftermarket sales activities from Quotation, Order Acknowledgement, Invoicing submission and follow up.
Primary:
- Receive and acknowledge enquiries from clients.
- Raise quotation according to customer’s requirement.
- Coordinate with Service manager on any technical issues arise from sales enquires.
- Communication with customer on any issues regarding enquiries, quotes and order acknowledgment.
- Coordinate with Purchasing team to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Assist in raising order acknowledgements when needed.
- Ensure selling price is consistent for different customer accounts.
- Assist with resolving account receivable issues.
Secondary:
- Provide additional support to business when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibility assigned by supervisor.
- Represent the organisation in a responsible and professional manner.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE "O" , "N" Level or Certification in Business Administration Course
- Years of experience 1 to 2 years is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite.
- Pleasant personality.
- Good communicator.
- Able to work under stress.
