Havas Singapore is looking for a Finance Executive to support on Accounts Receivables and Payables for our Asia Division.
This Finance Executive will be reporting to a Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of invoices, expenses, staff claims, credit card transactions and petty cash and reconciling supplier statements
- Billing of clients including expense billing and ad hoc project billing on a monthly basis and in line with the finance timetable. This will involve billing in multi-currency
- Inter-company reconciliations, preparing payment runs and processing payments
- Management and financial reporting
- Perform month-end closing activities including management reports and group reporting packages
- Preparing monthly balance sheet and profit & loss schedules for audit and tax purposes
- Liaising with external auditors, bankers, vendors and service providers
- General filling and administrative team matters
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
Desired Skills and Experience
- Having worked in an accounts department with purchase ledger and billing experience
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
