You'll be responsible for preparing accurate financial and management reports on time, analyzing financial data, and forecasting cash flow, budgets, and expenses. You'll also handle corporate tax filings and collaborate with external partners like auditors and tax agents. You will implement processes to improve internal controls, along with contributing expertise to ad-hoc corporate projects. You will be leading a team of 3 junior accountants.
skills and experience required
You should ideally possess an accounting or finance degree and possess at least 5 years of working experience in Finance. Ideally you have worked a few years in an Audit firm (big 4/mid tier) before and have around 2 to 3 years of experience in a commercial company. Prior leadership experience will be beneficial. You are a strong communicator and can connect well with various stakeholders. You have to be a hands-on manager and able to work in a fast paced environment.
