Job description:
- Handle and maintain full set of accounts for holding company, liaise with overseas finance team on inter-company reconciliations and month end closing etc.
- Monthly maintenance of divisional finance report template
- Process all vendor invoices and payments on a timely basis
- Assist on budget exercise
- Prepare relevant audit schedules
- Liaise with external auditors
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned
Job requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Meticulous, committed and detail oriented
