HR & Admin Assistant
Job Description
HR Duties
- Schedule and prepare documents for interviews during recruitment process
- Co-ordinate logistics for onboarding of new hires (medical check-up, MOM appointments) and exits
- Responsible for foreign workers’ work passes (new application, renewal and cancellation)
- Organize and maintain personnel records, organization chart etc.(hardcopy and softcopy)
- Prepare HR related letters and reports, update and disseminate roster
General Admin Duties
- Process online orders on various platforms and manage online customers’ enquiries via Wechat/Whatsapp/Email
- Manage daily emails, answer phone calls and walk-ins efficiently
- Assist the Division Manager in administrative duties, including data entry, calculation of retail staff commission, month end reports and operations paperwork
- Assist Accounts in paperwork, voucher remittance and filing
- Manage and distribute stationery supplies, mails, office equipment and maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or higher
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using Infotech HR software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meticulously
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staffs and visitors
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
