- Working days: 5 days per week
- Salary: S$5,000 - S$6,500

Job scope:
- Provides guidance to the kitchen team for all aspects of the kitchen’s day-to-day
- operations .
- Controls and directs the food preparation process efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation consistently.
- Collaborate with management to drive the culinary direction of the restaurant.
- Manages raw material stocks and ensures minimal wastage.
- Organise daily food preparations and mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen
- operations.
- Follows and strictly implements all food and sanitary rules as well as safety guidelines.
- Ensure all recipes are recorded accurately and up to date.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience
- Certification in culinary would be beneficial
