Responsibilities:
- Invoice vehicles for revenue recognition and handle adhoc billings
- Accrue costs of sales accurately
- Validate billing documents for completeness and proper authorization
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Record receipts
- Pursue outstanding debts
- Verify commissions
- Generate sales, cost of sales, and gross profit reports, as well as monthly reports
- Perform analysis on sales, cost of sales, and gross profit
- Undertake any additional tasks delegated by superiors
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting coupled with at least 4 years of pertinent work experience
- Demonstrates meticulousness, organization, and effective teamwork
- Capable of managing high workloads within a dynamic environment
- Proficient in identifying areas for process enhancement
- Skilled in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Candidate with leadership experience can be consider as team leader
