Responsibilities
Operations Back Office Support (AR)
- Assist with AR department especially debt collection, invoicing
- Telephone customers to achieve payment
- Coordinate with Engineers, Licensing to check on invoicing
- Any other ad-hoc job being assigned
Requirements
· ‘O” Level
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Good initiative and a good team player
· Good interpersonal skills
Working hours:
Mon-Friday 8.15 to 5.30pm
Transport is provided from 6 MRT pickup points ie Paya Lebar, Serangoon NEX, Bishan, Jurong East, Joon Koon, Woodlands
