Job Responsibilites:-
- Work passes application, cancellation, renewing and updating (All passes)
- Handle Insurance renewal and new applications.
- Recruitment - Job Posting
- Updating of foreign worker address
- Arrange and Update Training
- WICA Submission and follow up documents.
- Provide support on other HR Administrative matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:-
- Min GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
- Proficient in Ms Office Application
- Knowledge in Info-Tech payroll software is an advantage
- Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
- Meticulous and well organized
- Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
