Role Overview: As a key member of the HR Analytics & Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing HR practices through data-driven insights and analytics. Collaborating with stakeholders across HR functions, you'll spearhead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop diagnostic toolkits and systems to empower HR in diagnosing organizational needs and driving change.
- Conduct business process reviews to streamline operations and enhance efficiency and connectivity.
- Implement Robotic Process Automation and system redesign to automate tasks and enhance accuracy.
- Foster the development of data science capabilities within HR, providing guidance and training to leverage analytics for workforce management.
- Educate and engage stakeholders on the use of analytical tools and techniques to build a community of practice within HR.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative sciences with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in analytical projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Proficiency in UiPath, Python, Tableau, and Qualtrics preferred.
