The HR Division encompasses several departments, including Recruitment, Planning & Policy, Analytics & Transformation, HR Operations, Talent Management, and HR Partners.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the team in addressing complex systems and analytical challenges.
- Set the strategic direction for HR transformation and analytics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Continuously assess existing systems and processes, proposing enhancements to increase efficiency and performance while reducing costs.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology solutions, aligned with technological trends.
- Utilize Design Thinking/Service Design methodologies to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state solutions.
- Collaborate with HR and Corporate Group functions to drive the implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Lead the development and deployment of an integrated ERP system to meet business needs.
- Advocate for digitalization and ensure team alignment with the digital journey.
- Drive the team's analytical journey from descriptive to prescriptive analytics.
- Develop analytical solutions to provide data insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Effectively communicate insights to management using storytelling techniques.
- Manage and optimize team performance, results, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in transformation, analytics, and change initiatives.
- Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
- Demonstrated personal initiative and resourcefulness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
