Recruitment & Off Boarding
- Liaise with recruitment agencies/ head-hunters on the hiring needs
- Manage recruitment advertising in the respective platforms
- Screening of candidates & Interview arrangements
- Orientation for new hire(s)
- Off-boarding for leaver(s)
Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Manage monthly Payroll processing including year-end processing for IRAS submission
- Submission of all statutory reports
- Submission of Singapore Government Paid Leave & Grant Scheme(s)
- Manage benefits programs such as corporate insurance, medical benefits program, and welfare
- Administer Employees’ participation in the Employee Share program
- Liaise with Finance on payroll matters
Administrative Matters
- Foreign Work Pass(es) matters (applications, cancellations etc.)
- Responsible for MOM & MAS surveys
- Co-ordination for annual CSR activities
- Any other ad-hoc task(s) assigned
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 3 - 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Candidate with Easy Pay Access software preferred
- Familiar with Singapore labour laws and Foreign Work Pass Regulations/Procedures
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Positive and highly motivated individual
- Detailed and meticulous
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
