about the job
- Performing monitoring and testing on topics such as employee Personal Account Dealing (PAD), Representatives Notification Framework (RNF) Register, Gifts & Entertainment (G&E), cross-border, email monitoring etc
- Assist to monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company is operating in adherance to the relevant regulations
- Conduct quality assurance checks on Financial Crime Compliance processes and controls (e.g. Transaction Monitoring/ Sanctions/ KYC
- Support business, internal stakeholders and management in providing regulatory advisory where necessary
- Design training materials and organise training sessions to educate all staff on compliance
- Assist with monthly/ quarterly compliance reporting to senior management
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in compliance and/or compliance monitoring or assurance or testing experience ideally from a Retail/ Consumer/ Private Bank or Private Wealth Management environment
- Good understanding of MAS regulations (e.g. SFA guidelines)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
