- Apply, issuance and renew passes for foreign workers.
- Plan and manage foreign workers’ quota issue.
- Manage Work Injury Compensation / Foreign Worker Medical (Renewal, Claims, Cancellation)
- Ensure compliance and adherence of HR policies with local legal and statutory requirements
- Administer of employees’ leave and manage government paid leave claims submissions (NS, Maternity, Childcare)
- Prepare employment contract, promotion letter, termination letter, disciplinary action letter etc
- Assist in handling and manage general office administration including procurement of office and pantry supplies and stationary supplies
- Manage job postings, screen candidates and conduct interviews.
- Provide support on other HR / administrative matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned
