GMP is currently partnering with a well-known healthcare institution to hire an (Snr) Administration Executive to oversee the expenses charges within the organization. You will be involved in the timeliness and accuracy of the expenses within the division.
You will be involved in the following
- Provide oversight to the charging and reporting sub-section
- Provide procurement support to the department, including office supplies, lab equipment and inventory to ensure smooth operations
- Plan and prepare budgets that are consistent with department and hospital strategies
- Monitor budgets (e.g. capex, opex, staff training)
- Prepare cost and fee reviews to ensure fiscal sustainability
- Compile and collate statistics of respective sections’ key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage projects relating to operations and administrative functions
- Provide support to clinical, research and education activities in the department through resource planning, workflow, costing and billing
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of contracts, partnerships and collaborations with other public or private entities
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferably with 2 years or more work experience in healthcare setting
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative
