What you'll do:

As a Business Development Executive (Projects & Technology) [Contract], you will play a pivotal role in bolstering business development initiatives while overseeing customer accounts. Your ability to pinpoint opportunities and secure contracts will be crucial in propelling the company's growth. You will also serve as the primary liaison between the company and its partners, handling tasks such as drafting proposals, negotiating deals, and managing reports. Your role will require you to balance responsibilities across business development, project supervision, and account management. Furthermore, you will act as a conduit connecting emerging technology topics with business objectives. Assisting in tech scouting outreach will also be part of your duties.

  • Bolster business development and oversee customer account management
  • Pinpoint opportunities and secure contracts for the company
  • Understand products and services to contribute to sales pipeline
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and its partners
  • Draft and review proposals and contracts, negotiate deals, manage reporting
  • Balance between business development, project supervision, and account management roles
  • Act as a conduit between emerging technology topics and business objectives
  • Assist in tech scouting outreach

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Business Development Executive (Projects & Technology) [Contract] role brings along a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, coupled with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales-related or business development role. Your excellent persuasive abilities and interpersonal skills will be key in building relationships and securing contracts. You should have strong writing, oral communication, and presentation skills. A profound interest in the latest technology trends, particularly AI and Machine Learning, is essential. We value candidates who are willing to learn, can work well in a team environment, and bring a positive, proactive 'can do' attitude. Experience with early-mid TRL software solutions and data analysis skills would be advantageous.

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales-related or business development role
  • Excellent persuasive abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills for building relationships
  • Excellent writing, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Profound interest in latest technology trends (e.g. AI and Machine Learning)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

  • Experience with early-mid TRL software solutions (especially in AI and Machine Learning)
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
