Today we are looking for a Finance Manager to be based in Singapore and manage our financial operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-life professional wanting to take on a more pivotal role as we grow the business across the region in both clients and services offerings.
Our team is currently 50-people strong comprising regional Contractors who all work virtually, and the headquarters team in Singapore. We use the Zoho suite of business applications and the successful candidate must have experience and be highly confident using online accounting systems such as QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero and others.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts and ensure that the records are maintained in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Processing of day-to-day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping, billings, collections, and payments
- Prepare bank statement reconciliation
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns
- Prepare the weekly, monthly and annual financial management reports
- Work with the auditor to prepare the year-end statutory accounts

- Experience in Accounting and Financial Management
- Initiative and be able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with colleagues from different cultures

- Excellent time management and able to multitask
