- Degree in business administration and management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in administration department of MNC and construction industry management with good command in both Japanese and English.
- Submission of mangement report in Japanese to Japan head office on periodical basis.
- Able to translate the articles from Japanese to English and from English to Japanese.
- Report directly to the project director for the project general administration affairs and cost control and budget matters.
- Fully responsible for the finance, administration, human resources and general affairs tasks.
