About the Job
Your role will involve reviewing and updating existing software development process documents, finalizing the QA process for both in-house and outsourced projects.
- You will implement this QA process within the software development team, and collaborating with the headquarters QA Department to establish a global software quality assurance process.
- You will also conduct audits of the software development process and manage software QA activities, including reviewing test plans, test cases, test results, analysing software bugs and quality issues, and reviewing software documentation.
- Participate in vendor audits to provide response to client queries (online and onsite).
Skills & Experiences Required
You will need min bachelor's degree in science, computer science, or engineering.
- Min 5 years of experience across diverse QA roles within a QA department.
- Experience with software development process audit such as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 guidelines in different organizational contexts.
- Familiarity with QA processes in Agile and Waterfall development methodologies is beneficial.
- Experience with software QA process such as review test plan, test case, test results, analyze software bugs/quality, review the documents including the software manual and create a report to summarize QA results and assure the software quality.
- Strong understanding of software systems in regulated industries like Pharmaceuticals and Medical sectors is desirable.
- Profound knowledge of quality management system (QMS) procedures.
