Work Location: Toa Payoh
Working Hours: Mon to Fri Office Hours
Hourly Salary: up to $14 per hour
Contract Duration: 2 Months Contract, starting in June
Job Scope:
- Data cleansing, categorisation of expenditures, item match Actual Budget
- Update main and standby slides for 5 budget briefings to SLT/Chairman/Board (average 300+ slides per briefing).
- Compile the FY 2025 Budget Exercise Policy Issues and Bases, eg. ensure completeness of the combined returns.
- Catalogue budget files and housekeep filing space in preparation for office reconfiguration
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. (Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access will be assessed favourably.)
- Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
