HR Operations Executive
Our client is a bank.
Job Description:
• Handle the full spectrum of HR Operations ie On-boarding, Employee Life Cycle and Off-boarding
• Ensure pre-employment background checks are aligned and complied with the Bank’s regulatory standards
• Ensure pre-employment and on-boarding process is followed up
• Creation of new Employees p-files & maintenance of existing Employees p-files
• Perform file audits to ensure that all required Employees documents are collected and maintained
• Collate and summarize employee movement
• Prepare Acceptance of Resignation Letter and Leavers/Resignees to sign-off
• Liaise with Leaver/Resignee and IT on properties/items to be returned
• Liaise with Leaver/Resignee's Line Managers to complete the Exit Interview questionnaire
• Notify all relevant departments on Leaver/Resignee's last day to terminate all access
• Ensure compliance with local statutory labour laws and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for monthly HR accrual entries
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline
• 4 to 8 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
• Well versed in labour laws
• Salary ranges between S$4,000 to S$5,000 per month
