Job Description
- Full recruitment activities & employee onboarding/offboarding
- Work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Update and maintain employees' database (in Excel and System)
- MOM survey (OED)
- Download daily attendance from Justlogin and email to site admin
- Preparation of employment contracts and letters related to HR
- Manage workers’ accommodation including check-in to, and check-out from dormitories
- Training matters
- Taking minute meeting for Department weekly meeting
- Update organization chart
- Calculate monthly overtime and allowanance
- Office general admin
- And any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
- O/ A levels / Diploma holder with 3 year of relevant working experience.
- Preferably with at least 2 of experience in Construction industry.
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
- Have some basic knowledge of book keeping
- Must be independent
- Bilingual (English & Mandarin), able to read & write due to the document from HQ (Taiwan) is in Mandarin
- Knowledge of using basic microsoft powerpoint
