We are looking for Finance Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job description:
- Assist in financial data entry, processing invoices, and expense reports.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance department.
- Adhere to financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Aid in data entry, invoice processing, and expense report handling.
- Assist with financial statement preparation and report generation.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable records.
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks to support finance operations.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘A’ Levels/ Nitec / Diploma / Degree
- Some experience in accounting is preferred
