We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Intern to support our Branch Support Service Assistant role (Service Scheduler / Planner) to join our team.
To help to achieve this, we will provide you with a competitive allowance & bright career opportunities. You will also be given full product training, with hands on assistance from Service and Operation Team.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assist to pickup inbound calls
- Assist to handle complaint calls
- Perform appointment calls to confirm service appointments
- Check service backlogs, perform service re-planning and issue necessary tickets, etc.
- Docket compilation, prepare service schedule
Duration: Depending on your university's requirement
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business-related course)
- Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis
- Monthly allowance
- Opportunity to be absorbed as permanent employee (based on your work performance)
