RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for design, preparing project-related design concept proposals, 3D drawings, sketches, layouts, detail drawings, etc. before deadline.
- Liaise and coordinate with subcontractor, supplier and client at various stages of works effectively.
- Work closely and liaise with site team and project team to ensure drawings are accurate and within design.
- Manage timeline of the project & work arrangement
- Site visits and meetings (as and where required)
- Any other task as given by Management from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- At least at 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills, and handling client's expectations.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking would be an advantage.
