WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product managers, development team and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project requirements and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with PolicyStreet’s goals.
- Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- At least more than 3 years experience preferably in a tech environment,
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana), and best practices.
- A good understanding of software development processes and technologies is essential.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Be self-motivated, responsible, dependable and an enthusiastic team player.
- Aggressive, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure and independently to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
