IT & Digital Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speakers)

Job description

• Maintain the maintenance of ICT infrastructure (networking), Computer Hardware, Server, Security, Backupsystem and CCTV.
• IT general software application support such as MS Office Suite, MS Windows, basic Network Setup, Antivirus, Remote Support, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, printers etc.
• Resolve and monitor all IT system issues within minimal response time and minimal interruption to daily workprocesses
• Support on daily IT operation
• Responsible for creating and maintaining online marketing strategies aimed at promoting the brand, andgenerating interest in the products and services of the company
• involving production and performance of multimedia content
• involve a great deal of online and digital marketing work, as employers will typically operate a websiteandsocial media accounts
• Undertakes any other tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directly by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in InformationTechnology/Computer Science/Data & Telecommunication
• 1-2 years experiences in related field
• Experienced in Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Printers, LAN, WIFI, M365 and SharePoint
• Have knowledge of digital marketing tactics, have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent writingand graphic skills
• Able to multitask well, display creativity and keep abreast with the latest industry developments
• Able to speak/writing Mandarin will be preferred
• Good understanding on marketing concept, best practices and research techniques.
• Ability to work independently & possess initiative.
• Ability to commute/relocate:
• Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
