Part Time Account & Admin Executive

Responsibilities

Job Duties for accounting in excel basis

· to perform bookkeeping functions for the newly setup company

· records of sales, purchases, receipts & payment

· document each financial transaction, whether cash or credit into the correct daybook, I.e. petty cash, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, general ledger, trial balance and P&L statement etc.

· prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable


Job scope includes admin work

· Handle corporate sales inquiries and confirmations.

· Assist in preparing Delivery Order, Purchase Orders, processing customer orders, and invoicing customers.

· Maintain stock and follow up supplier/vendor orders

· Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding inquiries, feedback, and supports/complaints.

· Maintain a proper filing system for invoices and documents based on projects.

· Provide administrative support and coordinate between the project team and external customers.

· Perform data entry work to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of the information captured in the system.

· Support all administrative and backend functions for the group.

· Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

· At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Independent, organized, meticulous, team player and a fast worker.

· Good analytical and problem solving skills.

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.

· Experienced accountant-must have at least 5 years’ job experience in Singapore as accountant Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
