Job Descriptions
- Prepare quotation, job sheet, invoice & checklist for customer
- Answering incoming calls
- Provide administrative support to Project Team
- Handling and manage of email
- To monitor and follow up project-related submission
- To consolidate service reports/checklists and keep proper records
- Ensure proper documents of all records
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Minimum “O” level or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Minimum Two years of related working experience
