What will you do?

• Develop MV Secondary Switchgear and MV Components business in the zone

1. Build 3Y Growth Plans by identifying new growth initiatives
2. Build Product positioning as per segments & applications
3. Build and understand the Go to Market strategy of each product
4. Build and understand the competition landscape
5. Deploy New Product Launching strategy

• Drive MV Secondary Switchgear and MV Components business through channels

1. Deploy and animate the business through channels (e.g. Distributors, Contractors, Panel Builders)
2. Define and implement MV Partners' development in targeted countries
3. Boost and promote the MV license program to conquest new Partner’s

• Accountable for Product Profitability

1. Closely monitor Sales & GM performance by product
2. Adapt and deploy pricing guidelines to master and improve profitability

• Be the key link between the BU and Countries

1. Support the Global Supply Chain and Factories teams for specific industrial projects to adapt and improve our supply chain to market requirements
2. Support IT teams to deploy our new tools to accelerate our digital transformation
3. Work in close collaboration with the BU for all new product development, launches or withdrawable
4. Be the voice of the countries and provide input to the global BU for future product roadmap

• Become the Expert of Global MV Secondary Switchgear and MV Components Product & Zone MV Market

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Degree in Engineering
• Postgraduate certifications in Business Administration will be an added advantage
• At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years in roles such as Business Development or Offer Management in the Medium Voltage business in similar industries
• Strong knowledge of Medium Voltage products in the East Asia and Pacific region
• Good understanding of Channels (Contractor, Panel Builders, Distributors)
• Strong marketing and financial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to influence, build networks, and foster strong customer relationships
• Result-oriented, collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to work across regions
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region (20-30%)
