Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive design proposals and system plans tailored to the specific needs of each operational unit.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of digitalization projects and clarify user requirements.
- Work closely with users and IT teams to ensure solutions meet user needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project progress across various stages to ensure timelines are met and milestones are achieved.
- Manage team progress and overall process efficiency to drive successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate project activities across departments to foster collaboration and synergy among diverse teams.
- Evaluate resource allocations and optimize resource use to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
- Implement quality control measures and develop mitigation plans to proactively address challenges, ensuring project success and minimizing disruptions.
- Prepare presentations and documents for project progress reports and meetings.
- Effectively communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in digitalization or system implementation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
