Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions, process orders, and handle complaints.
- Answer phone calls and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Manage office inventory and order supplies.
- Maintain records of business transactions.
- Submit monthly claims and invoices.
- Respond to queries via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
- Assist with project submissions and related tasks.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Start immediately.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (if required)
