- Position : Area Sales Manager (Electrical/Electronics)
- Location : Tagore Lane (Nearest MRT: Lentor)
- Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $8000 + $800 Allowances + Yearly Incentives + Performance Bonus + 18 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and expand the customer base in the area assigned (Gather feedback to improve on the products)
- In accordance with the shared business strategies, finds suitable ways and consistently brings new business opportunities from the area/customers
- Developing specific sales strategies for the main area/customers
- Weekly visits to target OEMs, System integrators, Contractors, M&E consultants and EPC in different fields
- If required, help set up an indirect sales network, selecting possible agents/distributors and submitting them for approval by the Sales Management;
- Managing and coordinating the activity of agents and distributors
- Prepare timely and accurate sales reports;
- Closely involved in monthly projects meeting and discussions with the factory in Italy
- Propose the sales budget providing concrete elements for its discussion and subsequent approval;
- Keeping abreast of the products/services offered by competitors and their sales trends in the area of competence.
- Ensuring the punctual follow-up of the sales offers sent.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of explosion-proof electrical products, their target markets and regulations will be a plus;
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
