Brand Marketing Manager (Singapore)
Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to work with our leading technology client as we support the growth of their product by working closely with their brand and creative team across APAC. You will be expected to work with their marketers across JAPAC to maintain brand standards, guide brand strategy, and elevate creative marketing.
Role:
- Review creative briefs, asset development, and creative ideas from agencies.
- Provide strategic guidance on brief writing and campaign development.
- Provide brand guidance on the application of design, logo, naming, etc.
- Project manage select projects from creative development to production, including managing timelines and schedules.
- Independently assess creative and deliver feedback, and determine what requires further support from our creative team.
- Facilitate creative reviews and the development process within the client's team.
- Exercise judgment on how to manage feedback from marketers and deal with objections/rejections.
- Guide marketers across the region on brand and campaign reviews.
- Adaptable and quick to understand how to navigate the organization and how to get things done efficiently.
- Build strong professional relationships with marketers.
- Support weekly updates on project progress and participate in relevant meetings.
- Manage language localization (Japanese, Korean, Bahasa Indonesia, Simplified and Traditional Mandarin) across creative and content assets
You:
- BA / BS degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing and brand management (B2B experience preferred)
- Experience with brand marketing and client management on global and regional brands with hands-on experience leading and executing campaigns.
- Ability to influence change and negotiate cross-functionally and with external parties.
- Strong program management capabilities, coupled with excellent stakeholder management and partnership capacity.
- Flexibility and ability to work under ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and techy work environment.
- High energy, highly organized and go-getter attitude coupled with a flexible mindset, teamwork and dedication to the project's success.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentations skills and - ideally - fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning across JAPAC.
