Job Description:
· Daily accounting operations, finance matters and administrative tasks
· Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable including generation of invoices, collection of fees and issuance of receipts
· Maintain cashbooks and petty cash, process petty cash claims and other staff's claims
· Perform monthly bank reconciliations
· Maintain registers of assets/consumables
· Assist in monthly accounts closing and quarterly GST reporting
Job Requirements:
· At least a good Accountancy Diploma
· Working knowledge of MYOB will be an advantage
· Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
· Honest and a fast learner
· Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and suppliers
