Major Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level HRIS support to business with regards to system queries and issues, new requirements or changes, interfaces to/from SAP.
Understand the queries and issues and collaborate with IT on the solutions. - Support business on reporting needs (monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc reports).
- Configure work schedules in SAP.
- Manage system administration activities such as monitoring of SAP HR-related jobs, validation of employee data.
- Manage SAP user access matrix for HR users and collaborate with IT on required changes.
- Take charge of a small group of employees' data including data entries and verify monthly payroll results.
- Participate in HR projects in areas like requirements gathering, testing, cutover.
Skillset Requirements
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting and audit requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years SAP project Implementation and rollout experience – primarily SAP Time and Payroll
- Knowledge of SAP Time and Payroll schema
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Knowledge of solution techniques and methods
- Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
- Experience in system integration with SAP
- Experience in other type of HCM project implementation
