Responsibilities
• Plan, design, manage and measure the success of regional recruiting projects and build a collaborative relationship and partner closely with the Growth Markets business, thus enabling operational efficiencies in recruitment delivery and lead high-impact recruiting initiatives
• Engage with HR and Business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, develop and prioritize recruiting and sourcing strategies and key recruiting initiatives
• Proactively build a talent pool of senior executives in the Growth Markets market and understand the competitive landscape
• Discover and exploit new, efficient, effective and sustainable candidate channels to meet current and future leadership talent needs.
• Develop approach for recruitment systems initiatives, critical components and timeline, ensuring scope is clearly defined and expectations are articulated to all team members and key stakeholders involved
• Provide external benchmark candidate recommendations to establish and support a more rigorous process around internal leadership searches
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource & related
• 8+ years of recruiting experience
• Prior experience in External Executive Search or Agency recruitment is preferred
• Strong relationship building skills with senior candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, working within a large, complex global business
• Ability to establish trust and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and recruitment managers
• Previous experience working with global teams is preferred
• Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market as it relates to Human Capital and Senior Executive talent
