Job description:
- Sourcing potential candidates through different portals
- Job posting and screening applicants on LinkedIn, Jobstreet and MyCareersFuture
- Scheduling interviews
- Preboarding and onboarding: New hire orientation, coordination for laptop, email access, name card
- Administrator for work pass application (WP/ SPASS/ EP)
- Arrange medical check-up for pre-employment, new/renewal work pass
- Ad-hoc support in HR projects such as Employer Branding and Employee Engagement
Requirement:
- Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program, preferably in HR or a related field.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong initiative to learn and take on new challenges.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferably able to start in Mid-July/August for a period of 6 months
