Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Vast experience in African markets, with a deep understanding of regional dynamics and business practices.
- At least 10 years of experience managing contracts for oil and gas projects and energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in Portuguese and French.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
