Responsibilities:


Working alongside Senior Executive Secretary to provide full secretarial assistance in the followings:


• Travel bookings (work with appointed agents in SG and NY)

• Calendar management

• Handle expenses and/or invoice payments

• Arrange calls (zoom, webex, TEAMs) and meetings (make restaurant reservations local and overseas)

• Receive visitors and offer drinks / sometime requires catering booking

• Printing and binding documents

• Seminar/conference registrations

• Assist with day-to-day errands and situational requests


Candidate requirements:

• A driven and enthusiastic self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

• Proactivity, resourcefulness and the ability to use initiative where required

• Experience of complex diary management and scheduling. Can exercise judgement with regard to priorities/urgency and resolve conflicting appointments as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and confidence to interface at all levels to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information

• Excellent attention to detail and able to produce work to the highest standard of accuracy

• Flexible, collaborative and committed towards teamwork

• Tech-savvy
